Louis Dempster

Hi im Louis and I’m a personal trainer here at Irving’s peak performance gym. My passion is lifting and teaching people how to be fit, healthy and happy.
 
I started training when I was 16 with the goal of becoming confident in my body and putting on size. Ive read the books, done the courses and put this into action with my bodybuilding competitions and my fantastic client results, super proud of each one of my clients.
 
I absolutely love all things fitness and I strive to show that throughout my personal training sessions. Each client will get a unique training plan, meal plan and roadmap of our goals and objectives to complete. Everyone is different and will need different approaches, my job is to find what suit you best and achieve the goal you desire. My most popular packages are 1-1 personal training and online coaching

Louise Winetrobe

Hi, I’ve been a personal trainer now since 2020 & offer 1-2-1 coaching from Irvings Peak Performance but also offer online coaching & hybrid coaching services too.
 
I was one of those girls who was overweight miserable. Mostly from lack of knowledge but ever since I started my fitness journey, I have never looked back!
 
After I found my true passion in life, I knew I wanted to push myself even further so after I became a PT, I decided to step on stage for the first time in 2021, then in 2023 during my 2nd competitive season in bodybuilding! I absolutely loved it, the challenge of it all & what your body can do is a major passion.
 
I love to help women like myself, come out of their shell, be their most confident & true self’s, in & outside the gym. I’ve loved my fitness journey so far & I love learning more everyday so I can help other like minded women like myself & keep growing.

Connor Earl

I’ve been a personal trainer since 2023 and have spent the last year here at Irving’s Peak Performance, helping clients transform their bodies and build lasting habits. I first got into coaching after seeing how much training and structure changed my own life both physically and mentally. I knew I wanted to help others experience that same shift.
 
Since then, I’ve competed multiple times in bodybuilding and placed 3rd at the PCA British Finals in 2024. Bodybuilding has taught me the value of discipline, structure and consistency. All values I now bring to every client I coach.
 
Right now, I work primarily with men who want to make serious changes to their lifestyle and physique. Whether that’s dropping body fat, building muscle or just regaining control of their health. Going forward, I want to work with people who aren’t here to waste time. Those genuinely committed to change and open to learning what it actually takes to get results.
 
Also… I’m a lifelong Manchester United fan, so I’m no stranger to disappointment. I’ve had to stay loyal through the roughest of patches which is great for my clients because they know I won’t give up on them when the going gets tough.

Catriona Stott

I’ve been a personal trainer and online coach for 5 years, working both on the gym floor and with clients online. I specialise in female training for women who are tired of spinning their wheels – never quite getting the results they want, never feeling truly confident in their physiques or mindsets.
Every programme I build is tailored to the individual. You’ll enjoy the process, feel supported, and yes – have fun. But I will push you, because that’s how real progress happens.
 
Whether your goal is to build strength, lose fat or grow your glutes, I’m here to help you get there.
Outside of coaching, I’m a PCA Bikini Pro and compete internationally, so I know what it means to show up, stay consistent, and put in the work.
